Let’s not forget how you can use you legs to hold something. Like phones. Or purses. Or you know, the throat of people who think you need a thigh gap.
If you don’t like running, don’t run.
If you don’t like lifting, don’t lift.
If you don’t like yoga, don’t practice yoga.
Find what works, and don’t compare yourself or feel inadequate because someone else has a different exercise routine. It’s about finding what you love, not having some mythical “perfect” routine.
Just because you are a ‘certified personal trainer’ doesn’t mean you know shit.
I agree with this. Not every pt goes through the same classes or retains the information. However. I want to say that I do know shit.
